The Adventum™ Necklace
A triathlon reimagined, the Adventum™ Mindfulness Triathlon was designed to elevate mental health. Our event creates community, removes barriers, and connects people with local resources to help them in their mental health journey. This year our event is on Saturday October 26th at True Vine Brewery. The triathlon consists of a 2 mile walk/run, 45 minute yoga session and a 20 minute guided meditation at the end. Enjoy a True Vine beer after the event and all of our local sponsor booths to help you in your mental health journey.
